At ComfortKnot, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (for US orders). For international orders, the return window is 30 days from the delivery date.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

Original tags attached

In original packaging
-
Free from stains, odors, and pet hair
Non-returnable items:

Intimate apparel (such as underwear and socks) for hygiene reasons

Sale items and final sale merchandise (unless defective)

Items returned after the return window
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Submit a Request
Email us at support@comfortknot.com with your order number, purchase date, and reason for return. You can also submit a return request through your account dashboard under "Order History."
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping address. Please do not send any items back without an RA number.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the packing slip if possible, and write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
5. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@comfortknot.com with:

Photos showing the damage or defect

A brief description of the issue
We will make it right by offering a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
