  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation and payment verification.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 US states and select international destinations.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for expedited shipping methods.

  • Some items may be restricted from international shipping due to size or customs regulations.

5. International Shipping
For international orders:

  • Customs and Duties: You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Customs Delays: International shipments may be subject to customs processing delays, which are beyond our control.

  • Prohibited Items: Please check your local customs regulations before ordering, as some items may be restricted.

6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at support@comfortknot.com.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
ComfortKnot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address provided. If your tracking information shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Contact your local post office or carrier

  • File a claim with the shipping carrier

8. Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the damage to both the outer packaging and the item(s)

  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@comfortknot.com with your order number and photos

  • Keep all original packaging until instructed otherwise
